Sunview Doors Limited   25 Year Warranty on Aluminum/Vinyl Frame:   Normal wear & tear is excluded under warranty.  Normal cleaning policies must be followed in order for warranty to remain in effect.	-no finishing or paint defects causing blistering, peeling, flaking corroding or excessive fading of door frame or sash members
10 Year Warranty on Insulating Glass:   (5 year warranty on argon glass filled units) Pro rata sharing does not apply.	-the sealed insulating glass units, under normal conditions, will not develop an obvious obstruction of vision which is a result of film formation or dust collection between the interior glass surface caused by seal failure (and not glass breakage)
2 Year Warranty on Hardware:	-hardware shall remain in good operational condition
5 Year Warranty on Workmanship:	-no defects of fabrication attributable to materials or workmanship

LABOUR WARRANTY:

As stated right in our contract, NORTHERN COMFORT WINDOWS & DOORS offers a 10 year guarantee on all window installations.   Compare this with other companies’ labour warranties!!
