Although the manufacturer usually covers any manufacturer defects, they do not cover any window/doors that are not installed properly. This usually results in the customer chasing the subcontractor to fix any problems, since the company you purchased from may have passed the buck, leaving you the customer stranded with the problem.

We have our own in house service department. We employ full time factory trained service technicians to look after any service calls that may arise. Northern Comfort Windows goes that extra mile to please the customer. Our service technicians also have previous installation experience so they fully understand what the problem is they have to deal with and how to fix it.
